The Moxxi Women's Foundation is hosting it's First ANNUAL Moxxi Women's Foundation Trade Fair at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds on Saturday June 17th from 10am-5pm and we need VENDORS!!!!
Our Vision for this event is to shine a light on all the talented women and their businesses while offering vendor spaces at low cost for the highest profitability and engaging the community in a family friendly environment!!
We will only be asking for $1 donation at the gates so that attendees still have $$ in their pockets to spend at the tables!!
We have a large marketing budget to ensure attendance and are projected to have approx 2000 in attendance!!

FOOD VENDORS:
• Copy of insurance required naming Moxxi Women’s Foundation and Saratoga Agricultural Society as additional insured
• Copy of permits as required per NYS & NYS Sales Tax Certificate

WORKSHOPS **Please inquire about availability and to be added to the waiting list
• Acceptance is based on time-slot availability and topic for workshops
• Workshops: $25 registered Vendors. $50 non-registered Vendor

Liability insurance is required for all vendors. The Moxxi Women's Foundation and the Saratoga Agricultural Society need to be listed as additionally insured. There are some links below to insurance companies. (These companies are not affiliated with the Moxxi Women's Foundation. Vendors are free to use any insurance company they choose)
Things to Note:
*Indoor vending spaces are limited and will be handled on a first to pay basis
*All vendors are responsible for their own tables/chairs/displays.
*This is our first event, please reach out if you have any questions about the contract or would like to discuss special considerations not listed therein.
*NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
*All food and or beverage vendors conducting business on Saratoga County Agricultural Society, Inc. property must provide proof of possession of a NYS DPH Permit to Operate a Food Business, in accordance with section 14-2.2 of the NYS DOH regulations.
*Any vendors serving alcohol are responsible for acquiring proper permits a minimum of 15 days prior to the event.
