Our goal is to open the first micro grant applications on Jan 1 2023. Each microgrant  quarter will have a different focus.  These focuses will be tailored for the needs of the county.

What we need to make this happen:

• 4 people who are willing to donate 4 hours/week to the operations of the foundation. Volunteers are also necessary to ensure that all of the day to day functions can be carried out and we can reach the women who need us the most.

 

 

 

 

We need to raise $4,000 to fund the first 4 micro grants.

We need members.  Our membership donation is a minimum of $100 annually or $10/month.  This donation goes directly to the grant pool to help fund the micro and annual grants (our goal is to offer the first annual grant of $5,000 by Jan 2024)

 

 

 

 

 

 

We need resources.  Members often donate their own talents, services and goods at a reduced price to other members.  Picture a pot luck, everyone shows up with something to offer the collective.  We also lean on community support to offer free or reduced price goods and services to our members.  Not only does this strengthen our community but it gives the business owners increased traffic and tax deductions.
